Roman was born and raised in El Paso, Texas to an immigrant mother named Socorro. The Lord blessed his life tremendously with his "adoption" by his God Parents Lloyd & Ella until they went to be with Jesus in '97 and '10 respectively.
Over the past 17 years he has served as the Chief Executive Officer to a nationally recognized workforce development organization called Project ARRIBA where he has spent most of his career loving people, improving procedures, managing and procuring private and public dollars, developing leaders and increasing the overall economic standing of the great City of El Paso.
Roman holds a Bachelor's in Business Degree and a Masters in Computer Information Systems. He is most proud of his two beautiful daughters Adinah & Adelah and his stunning wife, Claudia.
His motto in life is found in 1 Peter 4:11, "whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
