Call Me Crazy

When we talk about spiritual things, we should be speaking the very words of God. It is the very words of God that speak life into our dead spiritual souls.  It is the very word of God that dwells in our hearts and minds which makes us live for what we love!  It is the word of God in which I live, trust and find my existence, which to the world will seem crazy. 

But the world can call me crazy. 

The world will for sure think I’m crazy when I speak about how Jesus is the only way to salvation.  There may be some believers who are like he’s crazy for believing this and yet there will be other Christians who are like it’s so CRAZY that God gives grace freely to those who don’t deserve it. 

If you take anything away from today’s message it should be that we all must have a deep desire to talk to people about God. That we talk to people about what God says about himself and not my opinion on God. And that most importantly we learn about who God is from the bible and not from our feelings, emotions, dreams or anything else.
