Bring Glory to God in your salvation:

• What does it mean to mourn your sin?
• What does it mean that God is “Our Father”?
• In your lame state, can you save yourself?
• Who saved you?
• How did he save you?
• From what did he save you?
• Why did he save you?

Discuss this as a family:
We forget this gospel so often because of three things:              

1. We take ourselves out of biblical community.
2. We trust in what we see.
3. And we forget our own name.

Read this our loud: ²⁷ My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. ²⁸ I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. ²⁹ My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. ³⁰ I and the Father are one.” John 10

Pray as a family:  
Ask God for a right spirit within you,

• a spirit that is poor but full of kindness towards people.
• a spirit that is gentle in declaring the mighty works of God.
• a spirit that is controlled by God himself so that we would be a people who have self-control in a world where there are so many distractions.
• Ask God for patience with people who are hard so that God would soften their hearts.
