Opposition to the Kingdom

-Faithful disciples are persistent

1st application:
-Be intentional:
-Through prayer
-Through contacts
-Through follow-up
-Be specific in prayer

2nd observation:
-As you go, expect opposition

2nd application:
-1st Submit to God:
-His authority
-His purpose
-His Word
-And His Spirit

-2nd Resist the Devil:
-Temptations
-Lies (contrary to God’s Word)
-Distractions
-Intent to instill fear, self, and worldly focus

3rd observation:
Expect physical opposition

3rd Application:
-Expect physical opposition
-Be eternally focused
-Count it all joy- remember His promises
-Remember Christ’s love and faithfulness
-Abide in love
